Setup a FraccWallet

If you want to go one step further, crating an Algorand wallet and purchase some Algos, the native token of the Algorand blockchain is the way to go. This will enable you to store and manage your in-game and interact with the game on the blockchain. Since Fracctal Monsters are stored on the Algorand blockchain, they are truly yours and cannot be taken away or altered by anyone else.

Once you have set up your wallet, you can buy some Algorand (ALGO) tokens, which you can use to purchase a Fracctal Monster Pack. This pack will grant you full access to the game, as well as provide you with a Fracctal Monster and several items to help you begin your journey as a Fracctal Tamer!

Fracctal Monster Packs can be purchased through our public , but if you are unable to participate in them, we will also show you how to buy individual Fracctal Monsters from secondary .

To make onboarding easier, we implemented our own tool for users to create an Algorand Wallet on our website. Visit the Marketplace and click 'CONNECT' on the top right corner. Then, click 'Create a new FraccWallet'.

You will be prompted to create a password. This password is different from your recovery phrase, and it will be used to log in to the website and play the game.

The next page will give you 25 words that are the "" for your wallet. You will need these 25 words to restore or access your wallet if your device breaks. You also need your recovery phrase if you want to access your wallet from another device. STORE THEM CAREFULLY.

Your PC, mobile, and cloud storage could be vulnerable to attacks, so please take all precautions to keep your wallet and seed phrase safe. If your computer, phone, or cloud storage is lost, broken, or hacked, consider your money and NFTs gone! After writing them down, confirm the words in the next step.

There are three things that you need to remember and/or store carefully:

Wallet Address: this is your public key ‘ID’ and where to send & receive Algos
Password: password to access your wallet on the device that you are using to access the Fracctal Monsters website.
25 recovery phrase: your ‘recovery phrase’ or 'seed phrase' PROTECT THIS AT ALL COSTS

Fund your FraccWallet

After confirming the words, you will need to fund your wallet with ALGOs. To do so, you may click the 'FUND' button, and you will be redirected to our partner, where you can buy ALGOs using your credit card.
